Vivoactive 4 not syncing heart rate and steps (activities do sync) 1100632 over 3 years ago My heart rate and steps have stopped syncing and don't show up in the connect mobile or web app. Activities still sync but also remain on the watch's current day tab, so in my daily activities I can see the activities for the past few weeks.
Vivoactive HR is $30 the regular $249 off and free shipping. Hot dog. If I can sell my old garmin watch and use the code I'll be in business. I don't think it changes my opinion of the device really, I still wear the thing daily and love the features/size, just kind of annoying.
If I restart device it works, but only for a few hours, generally by hour 4 it's broken again. Have tried: Cleaning; Tightening/loosening strap; Swapping wrists; Factory reset of watch. Turning off/on heart rate sensor via app; Turning off/on tracking via app; Contacting Garmin support in the US as Australia support is closed on weekends
